As I see it Drew, helping one family at a time has a better result than helping the whole community. I love the concept of the business since you can actually see result and not just go around promising other family for a change.

I think coaching involves sincerity and the deep willingness to help someone succeed. What goes around comes around and it will be returned to you ten fold. A good coach will teach not just direct people. Thanks Drew for the post.

Everything that can be outsourced, we should outsource. And then focus on the more delicate things. At first sight one could think outsourcing is just a way for him to lose more money, but in time the advantages are overwhelming.

Coaching absolutely let you build your own credibility and authority. Personally, I see coaches as experts of their chosen field so I sees them as more experienced persons who can really guide me on whatever field they are into. In that way, they could actually prove their credibility to others.
