    Great post Drew, and absolutely on point as far as it goes.

    You left out the part about action though. All the goal setting and visualisation in the world isn’t worth a cent if we don’t take action when opportunities present themselves. But I’m sure you know that already! :)

    Truly effective Personal Development Exercises. I have done them throughout my productive years. I am retired now, but I am still doing exercise number three: Keep on Learning and Acquiring Knowledge. This exercise perhaps should be number one as it will affect greatly your goal setting and visualization.
